Semi-formal/cocktail attire is appreciated, and we highly encourage you to add as much flair as you’d like. Think bold colors, fun accessories, patterns, and statement pieces to show off your style. Glitter is always welcomed!

Feel free to bring two pairs of shoes, there will be plenty of space to set aside your things, and there will be LOTS of dancing so we want you to look and feel your best!

While September in Seattle has been historically very pleasant (mostly sunny with highs of 60s-70s and lows in the 50s), we recommend bringing layers in case it gets chilly.

There won’t be a traditional ceremony at the reception, as we will be getting married a few weeks beforehand in a small ceremony with family. However, this celebration is incredibly important to us, and we’ve planned some special moments at the beginning of the evening that we’d love you to be part of. We encourage guests to arrive on time so you don’t miss them! We can’t wait to party with you!

We recommend arriving by 5:20 PM to fully enjoy the evening’s opening moments.

Formal invitations will be sent out in June/July 2026, and you’ll be able to RSVP at that time. We kindly ask that you respond by August 26, 2026.

If you already know that you won’t be able to attend, please let us know at any time. We’ll miss you!

The Fremont Foundry is multi-level and has both indoor and outdoor spaces. Weather permitting, the event will begin on the venue’s beautiful rooftop deck to enjoy city views during our formal Welcome and cocktail hour. Dinner will take place in the dining room inside. Dancing and festivities will take place in the indoor atrium, outdoor courtyard, penthouse and rooftop.

A majority of the venue and all restrooms are ADA accessible, however the rooftop/penthouse is not. Please contact us for more details and assistance.

Your invitation addresses and RSVP will specify if you have a guest invite. Please reach out to us with any questions.

There is free street parking around The Fremont Foundry area, and there are two surface lots within the block, which typically charge $10/day.

We recommend downloading the app SpotHero for good deals to reserve parking ahead of time.

Dinner will be buffet-style. The menu will be finalized and shared here closer to the reception date.

If you have dietary restrictions, please email us at your earliest convenience.

We love kids and expect there will be a few in attendance. Please refer to your formal invitation and RSVP for guest details. If your child is not listed in your invitation, please call or email us if you’d like to bring them! Thank you for understanding if we cannot accommodate those outside our invitation list.
